can cr.p.c section 107 be quashed.
case is closed on mutual settlement,what can be done?
can u please differentiate?
I want to make the case void.
It can be quashed but very lengthy process..... Quashing will take more than (1) year and there will be no use / benefit of it, and proceeding in 107 will be ended within 6 months of time.
