Crass examination of respondent

A filed motor accident claim  against    : B driver of involved vehicle, C is the insurer D; is the insured. A traveled B's vehicle as a gratitude passenger, the said  vehicle dashed against  road side  parked vehicle.  The parked vehicle  driver is E,  insured F, insurer G.   Police filed FIR on B and framed  charge sheet against B.

A seeking compensation against : B,C,D,E,F,G.   at trail D adduced their respondent side  evidence, petitioner crass examined the R3,  in this stage whether the R 6 can crass examine the D 3.

According to motor vehicle act there is no compensation for a gratitude and a gratuitous passenger .
