I have some unbilled amount from 2-3 cards. The payment not made because cards was used by my friend and his salary stucks at ugc from last 5-6 monts. After send query in PMO, till date his salary not issued. By him he is unable to pay amount untill his salary issued by ugc. I am also not able to clear amount. On 17th april i received a legal notice from one card banks, the date on notice is 13th april.. and on 27th april receive a msg of leagal notice sent to me by another bank... I know that i am responsible to pay the due's, bank don't knows any friend... but i am not able to pay amount and my friends wants some more time...
In this condition what should i do... what legal action can against me and what i can do....
