Criminal appeal under article 139a

In case of a transfer petition under article 139a to the SC, if there is an issue as to wehther the trial court has made the right decision by convicting the accused, do we need to argue the facts to justify the trial court's decision

Ya, appreciating the facts of the case is necessary , and in case of this nature, supreme Court always draws it's verdict from the facts and circumstanvl

As supreme Court is highest court of appeal ,appreciating the facts of the case is necessary and in cases of this nature supreme Court always draws it's conclusion after appreciating all facts and circumstances.Vinay Sharma,adv. 9873751988
