Hi All
In my village developer taken farmers land 10 Acres in that my cousin was given his 2 Acres of land for development purpose GPA to (Not GPA CUM SALE only GPA for developmet purpose) developer (XX) in 1994(Registered GPA) .In that GPA they were written after development plots selling they will pay the amount in to farmer account but Developer(XX) sold all plots but not paid single amount now we want file Criminal case to developer in my village all the farmers are Illetrate people they dont know anything whom to approach so it was taken long duration ,for this I have some questions
1)If my cousin Cancel GPA is it valid now ?developer(XX) developed plots he sold that plots but no one is in Occupied position ?
2)if we file Criminal case to developer(XX) is it valid(time duration is very long)
3)Now Developer(XX) was expired so whom need to we file against in this case ?
