Hence, Application by the Complainant for further inquiry in the matter can be made under which section and provisions of Cr.P.C.

Is this Private complaint before Magistrate or Complaint before Police?

This is Pvt Complaint initiated by party not Polie complaint

In the Pvt complainr the Magistrate ordered for inquiry u/s. 202 of Cr.PC

but Police report is totally biased

hence need further investigation
