The criminal case summon is managed by them and this time they managed the postman and returned back with insufficient address but the address was ok .
Another idea, send a register post sender from some bank or from her some relative etc. etc , if you get receipt of the same, show to court, how they are avoiding .

Still the same not, go for absconding procedure and even try to declare them as PO, is untraceable.
It was Registered Post AD summon.
Address used was the address previously quoted by them in another case.
