Whether Criminal Proceeding, (specifically Cheque dishonor) is possible to be continued against the Successors? If possible, the reference of the relevant law/case law.

First of all Criminal proceedings are only maintainable against the accused and not the successors.
Secondly if it was a legally enforceable debt, then you can file a civil suit against the successors and you can claim the debt from the property of the deceased accused.
