After listed or filed , the criminal SLP, How long it will take for the petition in supreme court could come for hearing in general or basing on times now.

Once the case is filed it comes in the list in ordinary course, but if you can show the urgency you can ask your counsel to make a mention for early hearing, and if it is accepted your case will be heard on the next or as the date fixed by the Judge. But specially in criminal matter where there is no grave urgency such mentioning is not allowed
