3. Oral argument on IM award if any
4. IM Order by Court
4.1 Execution of IM Order by wife
4.2 Part payment by respondent husband / seeks further time
4.3 Perjury case filed by husband stating wife tailoring cloths / taking tutions
4.4 Wife pressing for full payment or warns of Jail term to husband
4.5 Husband approaches Sessions Court or HC praying direction for perjury or set aside
4.6 If he went directly to HC then HC remands case back to Sessions
4.7 Wife presses for Execution of Order either way
4.8 Session turns down Husband's plea statign it is only interim
4.9 Husband Kangaroo jumps to HC on Staurday and presses for stay.
4.10 HC conducts admission hearing and directs husband to deposit balance payment to hear review / appeal on merits.
4.11 Husband deposits full payment first thing Monday afternoon to hear late evening case admitted and long date given
atleast get over upto 4.11 stage and rest we will tell you shortly.
