There is no provision in law to file a mental harassment case against your father, if he has filed cheque bounce case, then you challenge it properly and get the same dismissed, similarly you may also challenge the cheating case and get it dismissed.

In almost each thread you are giving a piecemeal information and seeking advise.    In some cases it appears that you have taken yourself as examiner and experts are students appearing in LLB examination and attempting a short note.

You will never be able to get a complete advise unless facts are shared in one go.

The advise based on partial facts may not be suitable and rather can be counterproductive.
