It is better to join a local senior and prudent advocate or a law firm to learn court procedures than to do so online.

Contact local senior advocate to learn court procedure.

You are welcome to the legal fraternity.

You may first join the office of any reputed senior in the local, study the cases, get accustomed with court procedures properly and all practical issues properly after which you can decide about practising independently.

Welcome to the legal fraternity.

Slow and study wines the race. You have just joined the profession where you will have to learn ABCD of the profession, which shall take time with inquisite to learn.

otherwise

What do you expect from local senior(s) /

No one shall handover his/her brief to a fresher, isn't it?

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     20 February 2025

Crude but ture.

the learning of online procedure (or even offline) can be best learnt from freelance the typists / clersks in court complext.
