Wife filed 125 in 2007 saying husband deserted in 2006 and never came to her place till date even after child birth nor made a single call.

Interim maintenance 3000/- granted in 2007

In 2011 wife filed FIR in dowry and said after child birth husband came and said if you want to come with me than come right now. To which wife said if you will keep me seperate i will come .... and like this husband quarrelled and went away.
- In her cross in 125 wife admitted that husband had come after child birth and asked her to go with him.
- Also agreed that he had called.

Now does a case of desertion is made out, with simple reading of both the satements?

So I filed 127 read with 125(5) to cancel interim maintenance to wife and that she should return all the money that she got by misguiding and playing fraud upon the court as she has come to court with unclean hands and has hidden material facts from the court from inception of the case.
- Also I am planning to file Perjury.
Request help with supporting judgements of 127 and 125(4) and 125(5).
