Crpc 91 summoning document

filed petiton for maintenance. interim granted 3000/-.  husband,s present  salary 1,50,000/- per month. 

along with petition i filed salary slip of husband in  the year 2011 salary showing 1 lakh. 

now i have to file chief affidavit. 

before that can i file petiton u/s 91 crpc to get salary details of the husband to prove my claim. husband works in ibm. so cannot file rti.

at what stage crpc 91 to be filed?

You can ask the Court to issue a summons to IBM's payroll or HR officer who is privy to your husband's salary and that the summons asks that the officer present all relevant salary history records. Then summon the officer as a witness... cross-examine him/her with the records. Get all info on the record. Get the documents he brings marked as Exhibits on the record. Use this information in your written arguments. Thats how it should be done.  Check the section of CPC under which the Summons is to be issued. ...And by the way, I am not an advocate.
