My wife file for divorce in aug 2009, due to no evidence dismiss in 2012 after too many dates she did't come to court. I got only visitation for 2 hr in one month for my son but she did't allow my son to meet me. In jan 2013 she again restore & we fiel contempt for few day i meet with my son. But after that here is same position i can't meet with my son is age of 13year now. Now my lawyer ask me that we ask court to dismiss her petiion..i want to know..
1. what about my visitation ?
2. after dissmiss for second time is there any good for me?
3. can we file for custody for my son?
