HI My wife file for divorce in 2009, i got visitation for 2 hr every month on june2010 , but they did't allow court order & i unable to meet my son of 9 year old that time, court dismiss the app of divorce due to no evidence. They file agian in jan2012 for restoration i file conptempt of court i succees in meeing with my son for 5to6 time in one year. i want to know how can i proceed next. I want to increase timing & twice a month i want to know .
1. can i file for custody { I want my son enjoy my wife's company as well of mine. with max time]
2. I want to know what is RCR is this usefull for my situation.
