Custody and visitation

I Have CRPC 125 on me only for my 2 year daughter who lives with her maternal uncle and grand parents in saharanpur ( up ). I live in a different city. My wife works for an airline and stays out 20 days in a month. Please advise on below. 1. Under what sections should i file visitations and custody of my 2 year old daughter. 2. Can i make MY FIL or BIL respondent in custody case as my wife stays out for 20 days in a month. 3. What other factors should i focus on for custody.
