Sir,
This is a case where women is seperated from her husband who lives in AP , filed a case against her husband under DV Act in a court in Karnataka. Can husband file a case in AP state for custody of his childern. And they were seperated since last 7 years. Husband was not allowed to see his childern. Whenever husband or his parents went to see his son's childern at school, they are filing police complaint. What to do.
Whether husband can approach Human Right Commission of AP.

Where the minor resides? Is it in A.P.
If so, father/husband can file an application for the custody of child before the District court, in which district the minor resides.
HRC is not proper forum.

Only where the child are normally residing would have the place for filing petition under GWA.
