I have bought a property last year in July. Its a constructed house. But dakhil kharij is still pending although it was initiated on time. Lawyer saying its pending from Tahsildar end . Lawyer is not even asking for more money and saying many other cases are pending . This is the case for Varanasi.
Which kind of step i should take. What can be loss for me.

You can get the details from the laswyer and approach the Tehsildar office directly with a request from your side to expedite the matter since it is delayed for a very long time
