Damage suit advice

She is EX WIFE. FIRs filed with fabricated facts proved to be false. Cases dismissed. My house was damaged. My family lost face because of the fabricatsd facts .Is it a fit case for damage suit? If so what should be compensation asked for? Regards.

File criminal defamation along with civil defamation. Move criminal case faster and use the judgement on civil defamation.
