date of birth change in ssc original certificate

sir, my name is Ramesh Babu. bathula , I completed my ssc in 2008, my real date of birth is 01-07-1992, but on my ssc certificate it is 01-07- 1989, due to this i loss several opportunities , so please suggest me if there is any way to change my date of birth.
