Daughter's rights

Pl. kindly guide, My wife and daughter staying separately last 7 years, 

If I apply for Mutual Divorce  what I should take consideration of my Daughter's rights...

My Daughter getting end of  18 years  by June. 

Most of the properties I have on my that that included purchased by my personal earnings. & Mother's gift Deed. 

Divorce by Mutual can apply now mean  what should me my daughter's rights, 

Any precaution to be taken while file the papers.

Sir, If most of the properties are self acquired and gifted to you, then they are your sole properties and even your wife don't have a right to them .... So its upto you as to how yo distribute these properties.... In self acquired properties or gifted properties as in you case the legal heirs have no right to claim anything ... The properties appear to be your self acquired properties in which except you, nobody else have any right or share or interest in it, hence it will not make any impact in the proposed mutual consent divorce, you may proceed as per your proposal without worrying for such things.
