Daughters right in ancestral property

As per Hindu law a daughter is coparcener in the property of her father. She will get the equal share to son, but it is increasing disputes in our society between her and her family members.

There are many cases where the daughter wants to release her share in favour of her brothers but her husbnad does not give her permission to do the same, and she is facing problems from both the side.

Is it right to give equal right to daughter, in property, in the light of above circumstances?

By d amendment d concept of coparcernary.is totally revamped ...But there is no law tiil thjis day to enable wife to seek partition in her husband's property... the legislayure should seriously think in this direction....
