Hi All,
Father and mother of my client booked DDA plot, but died before allotment. Now their daughter wants to get her name to be entered in records of DDA as DDA is going to allot the plot soon.
She also has a brother, but he does not have any Delhi residence proof. Can plot be transfered to her name?
What's the procedure.

Sister and Brother right in this property so both name enter in this property. If brother give a NOC to sister, sister enter her name in property.
