i have taken a loan form bankfinco punjab and clrear the sameon dated 05.03.1997 last payment rs 4000 vide  draft of rs.4000 vide draft no 188765 dt 05.03.1997 balance payment of ews 349 loan account in the name of Rajinder Kumar S/o Mulakh Raj after 14 years bank told to us that in our account debited rs 20884/wih interest od 15 years  agst  rs 4000/= not deposit  then we confirm  tha rs 4000/= draft not clear then i go to bank  authoritirs that they bank finco have not received draft yet they told to us that draft not presented in bank till dated the offciail letter is state bank of patila attached with this  thenb io go to bank finco punjab that i will pay rs.4000/= agst this draft whcih os not clear after 15 years they told to me that we have not recd only rs.4000/= but i have to pay 15 years interest alongwith with this draft rs.20884  so please guide me thru proper channel becuase i have no fault rs.4000/ deebited to my on dated 05.03.1997 so please see the matter on urgent basis i am ready to give you the above said amount rs.4000
