i have come to Canada USA with an international Masters Debit Card Issuwd by ICICI bank. It is not being honoured by Amazon Canada and Amazon USA, Now I am penniless although I am having money in Bank account. Had I been informed in advance I would have brought US or Canadian currency. Amazon India was demanding OTP when I tried to buy from Indian site using Debit Card. After many attempts now they have honoured without OTP. What is legal option left to me now.? Can consumer court come to my rescue.
