Hi,
first Marriage Mutual Consent divorce, Married 2nd one from Poor family after conveying all the details. But now filed false 498A Saying didnt knew about my first marriage. I have solid proofs about this. Can i file 420 and 120A on them or what other cases i can file on them.

you can seek for quashing of FIR in the high court.

IF ULTIMATELY YOU WILL BE ACQUITTED IN THE ALLEGED FALSE CASE u/s498-A IPC,THEN YOU CAN FILE A SUIT FOR DAMAGE DUE TO INITIATION OF FALSE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST YOU.
