Decree

Hi All, A petition was filled and compromise deed has been made in respect of share of my wife property.Also Decree has been collected from court;however,please advise further documents required for sale of property . Also we would like to know if there is any litigation on the property share given to her. Thank for the advise.

1) When the partition decree was obtained thru court by mutual consent, there should not be any further litigation unless someone not being a party erupts and disputes such partition and claims.

 

 

2) Even the parties to the decree within the time limit may prefer an appeal.  Otherwise no further apparent litigation be visualised.

 

 

3) The decree obtained, the link documents or certified copies will suffice the further transfer of sale or alienation otherwise to the extent of the share partitioned.

Thanks for the reply. The decree date is nov-15. Please advise the documents that require for sale now. Also please advise the time limit that if any one has to file a litigation against the property. We would also like to know that can we go back asking some more share after this judgement.

The relevant documents shall be released to the rightful owner after moving an appropriate application in lieu of the same

Hi All , Thanks for continuous responses. Please advise the further documents required for sale of the allowed share as mentioned. Also please advise shall we go for appeal asking share after decree
