What is the relation between pendency of case and ground for divorce?

In such a case the court should not have been such a crowded place. Several thousands of cases are definitely more than two years old. I think you are thoroughly confused. Do not look at the calendar. Try to enjoy your life. Fight the cases as a part time job  without any emotions. In my case the lump some demand is exactly double to yours. The funniest thing is during mediation they themselves are saying that we no one will ever give that astronomical amount and that they should only ask a nominal amount. Enjoy the funny moments while fighting the case seriously. Even I can't pay that much or even lesser.
