Delhi High court appointed tribunal passed decree.JD has not satisfied decree and 6 month passed.JD all property in Ghaziabad .Now i have sugested to file exection at Ghaziabad do i need to get a decree transfer certificate from delhi high court that has appointed arbitrator .
What is the procedure and form Please guide.
