i got acquitted from false 498A case and got ex-party divorce. Can I appeal for civil and criminal defamation against wife and also maintenace as I lost my job due to mental and social humiliation?
Also, can she appeal against Courts' verdict in ex-party divorce and 498A? If yes, then is there any time limit for such appeal?
