Dear Sir/Madam
Owner of 1 company is misusing his position completely ,by trying to make my friend, who is an employee of that company, in trouble.
My friend came to know that the Owner of that company is trying to allure 1 of the employee to file a defamation Suit against him, unnecessarily.
Various internal inquiries are being done against him unnecessarily, whereas he has done nothing wrong.
False allegations are being made against him unnecessarily.
His salary is also put on hold.
Please help in this matter, how to proceed further, including if the defamation is filed?
Dear Mr. Ritesh,
If salary is not paid by employer in that case he can approach labour court or civil court for recovery of his dues. There is no defamation if salary is not paid.
