Hi,
Could some one sugguest me that if i can file the defamation case on witness who supported the false 498A complaint filed through private complaint in trial court.
In Brief- while giving the private complaint under section 156(3) in trial cournt, two of wife my relatives names mentioned as witness in the complaint beside my wife name.None of these witness have any material evidenace. i am planing to file the defamation case on these two witness.could you pls advise on the same.
