defaming statement by judge

Dear sir,

As per me defemation against judge about the statements made in judgment delivery is not possible. You can appraoch higher court and file appeal against the impugned judgment.

1. A Order /Judgement by a Magistrate /Judge is immune from prosecution, in all respects, whatsoever & whichsoever and the Magistrate /Judge CANNOT be prosecuted for any contents in its order /judgment.
