Degree legal but rejected by high court

Dear sir,

      I am working as a govt. high school teacher in Bihar till date.I have completed my B.ED degree from University of Kashmir.Some of my collegue was not selected because they have also done B.ED from University of kashmir.Then they filed a case in High court of Patna and judgement was not in favour of those candidate.Then they proceed in Honble Supreme Court Of India and next hearing date is 28th August 2015. Two  days ago ,i received a call from District Education Officer and the official person told me that the B.ED degree of university of Kashmir is rejected by High court so they will terminate me and lodge FIR on me otherwise they told me to resign.Now please guide me what to do. Weither i will have to resign or attach with the case registered in supreme court.

no one respected advocate is ready to guide me properly
