i have now filed an appeal in Tahsildar Court, prior to that had filed the same in AC court, but AC ordered that it is the wrong forum and asked me to file in this court. in between my Counsel suffered from cancer and has since expired.
condonation of delay for filing of appeal,
prosecution in wrong court or form has to be excluded sec 14 of limitation has already been filed along with appeal.
also please tell me only on this reason of delay can the forum pass an order
