Kindly advise me in following case:
I am from Mumbai & my wife is from Pune. We got married in Pune 3 yrs ago. We had agreed to go for MCD 10-12 months ago. Initially, my in-laws told me that they want to file MCD in Pune and they will send me a MCD draft for my approval.
Since I didn't get MCD draft for a long from my in-laws, I approaced the lawyer and sent a MCD draft from my end to my in-laws for their approval and said that I will file it in Mumbai Court. They took 2 1/2 months and later they approved the MCD draft sent by me.So I asked for some documents (viz. Residence Proof, Photos etc. of my wife) required for filing MCD in Mumbai court. Meanwhile, they collected all the items given by them. And now after more than 6 months (after sending a draft by me), my in-laws are saying that they want to file MCD in Pune only and they will send MCD draft to me shortly.
Can anybody advise me, what can I do for such delay from my in-laws?
