Delay in trial of 498a despite of high court direction

I, along with my relatives are accused in false 498A case in 2012 (filed by my wife). the case is under trail before JMFC court and out of 9 witnesses, so far 6 witnesses are deposed. My relatives went to high court since there was inordinate delay in trial and the High Court noted that there was delay in trial by JMFC and directed JMFC to conclude the trial within 6 months. It has been One year now since the direction of HC, but no progress is made in trial by JMFC. Witnesses are not coming to court despite of warrants.

Please guide me on how to get the 498A closed. Whether by filing closing application in JMFC or approaching back the HC. What remedies are available to get 498A closed.

Also can I file case (perjury case) against my wife and her father who have lied before the same JMFC while deposing in false dowry case? Will it stand pending 498A trial.
