Can my Mother be able to register my birth as 'Delayed Registration' for the birth took place in 70s without me being present in the court? Any available options and advices are much appreciated.

Court order is required to register your birth date. For this you will have file a criminal miscelleneous case in the JMFC court. First you will have to apply for the birth certificate. Registrar of birth will issue non availability certificate on the basis of that certificate file a petition and get the order.
