delaying in orders and urgent notices

Dear learned experts,
in many cases the courts are making an abnormal delays in passing orders and even in injunction matters, though there is sufficient materials also not granting ad interim injunctions of course it is the descrition of the court but issue an urgent notices to the otherside but giving two months for their counter and it is not fair and can not said to be an urgent notice.
Recently one of the honorable high courts opinioned that DELAY in passing of orders also gives room for suspicious and today the honourable chief justice of the supreme court opinioned that THE PUBLIC are vexed with COURTS ACTIVITIES .
The honorable courts not supposed to give any room for suspicious while passing an orders at any cost and as of now the honorable courts only a ray of hope for the common man.

You are expressing your anguish over the inordinate delay caused by court even in petty matter.

It is a common sight all over.

Hence we have to endure them.

A very practical and genuine issue.

File a PIL before High Court or Supreme Court

otherwise

Raise the issue in Parliament of India through your Member of Parliament.
