I was threatened by some person and I filled a complaint against him in the police. After some time police referred this case to the delhi dispute resolution center. Actually I have life threads from the person and he can harm me in the centre so I do not want this case in the mediation center. What happens if I do not appear in the center. Can I approach the center before the date it is provided in the letter?

Actually I do not want to pursue this further. Is there any issue if I drop this case and take back my complaint?
