Delhi ke courts ne victim hubbys ko thodi hopes di hain....I hope some other states will also follow equality, pray for them!
I am strongly against maintenance/alimony in short-term marriages, or in marriages where no kids are involved and the parties can easily settle again. And most importantly, it should never be luxurious. If a person wants to depend on somebody for his/her maintenance, the person does not deserve luxuries at all!
Anyways, i am "happy" for this man just because this will pave way towards equality in maintenance law, and with time, by such judgments women will realize that they also can lose something and know how it feels when you are forced to pay your hard-earned money.
