A Writ Petition was filed at Gauhati High Court Imphal Bench in 2010. The Respondents submitted the Counter Affidavit after about one and half years. The case was fixed for hearing for three consecutive days in August 2012. It was adjourned. The Gauhati High Court, Imphal Bench has now become the High Court of Manipur. In this High Court cases are taken up only the lawyers made a mention . It is not known when the case will be fixed again. Kindly advise what shall be done?
