Hi All,
I have been asked to pay 20% extra socity maintanance charges for renting my residantial flat for residential purouse by my Socity.
My question is that weather renting residential flat for residential usage comes under commercial use ?
Please help me as my Society is saying that renting flat comes under commercial usage of property, So they ask me to pay 20% extra maintanance charges against it.
