denial from co-op bank to furnish details

              I am a member of janata sahakari bank ltd pune.I have askedthe bank via letter, to furnish me information for last 3 years, mainly new  term deposit account opened. new loans disbursed and out of that loans ,how many turned as npa.Being a member I asked thisinformationThet have not  given me the information for 4 months.. Afrer sending reminder, bank informed me that it could not submit the information which I want.The reason was due to maharatrashtra state cop. soc. act section 32, it could not give the information to me.Is it justifiable under law? ander section 32.I am an accountholder aswell as member of the bank.Please give me correct legal advice so I can ask the bank about this .Thanks

I am unaware of the Maharastra co-op., society act, but I can you have got every right to seek the information from the co-op., in which you are a member.
