Dear Experts,
Please advise the following;
1. Who are possible dependents of an expired person?
2. If the deceased's father is retired govt servent and receiving pension, Can in such situation his mother be treated as his dependent. (Being her husband pensioner).
3. If the son has been previously debarred from the family can his mother or father claim or be given any post death benefits?
4. Who could be the lawful legal heirs of the deceased?
5. What is the legal process to get the dependents and LH Certificates? Both from admn,executive and court?
