Depreciation of property value

Can a flat which was bought 20years ago, (only agreement done between vendor and vende at that time) be shown with depriciation in its value if it is registered today?

There will be a market value register in each sub registrar office.  Your property will be calculated according to their records.  Your sale consideration or valuation is irrelavant.

The market value at the time of registration will be taken into account for stamp duty purpose.
