Dear Mr. Gupta,
To get appropriate answer to your query, let us try to be interactive.

First indicate to me, whether your flat of 825 sq.ft. is in a single floor or on multiple floors?

IT is 815 or 825 sq. feet?

Where is this 100sq.ft land and IT is for what and for which purpose?

Have you been made to pay for IT?

Is IT narrated in sale deed?

Generically Speaking; If IT is narrated in sale deed then buyer is owner of IT.

Sir it is 815 sq ft buildup area in multistorey flat and 100 sq ft parking area in jamshedpur.

I asked you whether the 815 sq.ft. built up area of your flat is in single floor, or in more than one floor.  (I am asking this query, as according to you, your proportionate land size is only 100 sq.ft.).
