A judgement debtor was arrested and produced on the same day in two cases, where he is ordered to be detained in civil prison. Can he be ordered to be committed to civil prison to undergo simultaneous detention in both cases?

but conditions are stringant since the creditor has to deposit in advance for his expanses at Govt rates which are high and he must be provided medical care.

In Civil case no simultaneous detention. It would run one after one. But court send the Jdr to civl Prision sperately one after one.

i think jdr will be prisoned for seperetely for each case, it is difficult the expenses will be born by dhr
