We have our home since 1983. On 7/12, it is a Devasthan Land (Maharashra) and we are as "Kayam Kul" (as mentioned on 7/12). There are 2 other khatedars on same 7/12 above us. Assessment is on our name, in Grampanchayat from many years. Will these 2 khatedars have any rights on this land? Is it necessary to everytime take permissions of these khatedars for construction/reconstruction?
